  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the self-raising flour and Greek yogurt until a soft dough forms. Knead gently until smooth.
  2. Divide the dough and roll each portion into logs about 1 inch thick. Cut into small pieces weighing approximately 8-12g each.
  3. Roll each piece into smooth donut balls. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.
  4. Lightly oil the basket and toss the donut balls in melted butter before placing them in the basket.
  5. Air fry for about 5 minutes or until golden and puffed.
  6. Coat warm donuts in melted butter again and roll in cinnamon sugar.
