  • 1 pound ground beef (or turkey/lamb)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup queso cheese sauce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat, add taco seasoning with water as per package instructions, and simmer until thickened.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into 4-inch squares.
  4. Spoon seasoned beef into each square and top with cheeses and optional toppings. Fold corners up and seal tightly.
  5. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
